To refer someone, you must:
Have a Debbie account that is active
Share your unique referral link with someone who has never used Debbie before.
You can find this on your Profile page
Ensure your friend signs up directly through your link.
Use the referral tracking view in your account to monitor the status of your referrals.
To be referred, a person must:
Be brand-new to Debbie.
Create their account using a referrer's link (not by downloading the app separately).
Complete the required starter steps in the app:
Finish Unit 1 in Pathways
Open a new & link their partner checking account
Linking a bank account that does not belong to Debbie’s partner program or is not the person's match will not fulfill the referral criteria.
A referral will not count if the person:
already had a Debbie account;
created multiple accounts;
or previously held certain partner accounts they’re matched with.
Debbie may deny eligibility if a user violates any rules in the Referral Program Terms.
