How to get in touch with the Debbie support team when you have a question

Our support team is here Monday through Friday, 9-5pm to help you with anything related to Debbie.

To get started, go to Profile in the app and tap the top right icon and tap Start Chat.

This will let you talk with our support team, track tickets, and see any current updates from the team.

If you prefer to use email, you can also email us directly ([email protected])

We do not offer live support and it may take up to 4 days to get a reply to your question.
